Dome joins Juniper Group

Palma, Spain, October 30^th, 2024 – Juniper Group, an operating portfolio of Vela Software and Constellation Software, Inc. (TSX:CSU) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Dome Consulting and Solutions, S.L. (hereinafter, “Dome”), a software company focused on providing technological solutions to destination management companies (“DMCs”) for the sale, distribution and management of travel incoming services including tours, transfers and activities.

Dome comprises an experienced team led by its CEO Antonio Nieto. However, from now on, Dome will gain direct and exclusive access to the knowledge base and best practices that are applied by Juniper Travel Technology, which has accomplished the acquisition, will back Dome’s expansion to new markets worldwide.
