Our story with Constellation Software
Juniper Group was established following the acquisition of Juniper Travel Technology by Vela Software in 2014, marking Constellation Software’s entry into Spain. Jaime Sastre, the founder of Juniper Travel Technology, continued to lead the business post-acquisition, driving significant growth and successfully expanding into Brazil and India, Constellation’s first acquisitions in these markets.
This international expansion, along with the growth achieved by the companies under his leadership, led to Jaime being offered the opportunity to lead a newly created operating group within Constellation Software from 2021 onwards. Since then, more than 25 companies have joined Juniper Group.
