The biggest change we’ve experienced has been the application of Constellation’s best practices in our unit. This has allowed us to control ratios and verify that this work model is indeed effective and yields results. We’ve managed resources better and learned to use them more efficiently. In turn, this has resulted in new opportunities and the ability to take on projects we couldn’t before.
