Hotetec joins Juniper Group

Palma, Spain, October 30^th, 2024 – Juniper Group, an operating group of Vela Software and Constellation Software, Inc. (TSX:CSU), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hotetec Accommodation, S.L. (hereinafter, “Hotetec”), a leading software provider of software solutions and digital marketing for the distribution and direct sale of hotel inventory.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Juniper Group’s presence in the hospitality software field, allowing the group to add unique sales and digital capabilities and functionalities for hotel chains and independent hotels worldwide.

Hotetec will continue operating under the lead of Víctor Sánchez, CEO, together with the current team. However, from now on, Hotetec gains direct and exclusive access to the knowledge base and best practices that are applied by all successful travel software companies that are already part of Juniper Group, allowing Hotetec to accelerate its growth path and international expansion.
