Juniper Group acquires GNT Systems

Munich, Germany, September 10^th, 2024 – Juniper Group, an operating group of Vela Software and Constellation Software, Inc. (TSX:CSU), is pleased to announce the acquisition of GNT Systems (“GNT”),  an industry leading software company offering  Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Tool Management (TMS) and Computer Aided Design/ Manufacturing (CAD/CAM).

GNT is a strategic acquisition that will join Shoplogix, Proxia, Industrios (and others in the Smart Manufacturing portfolio) in helping manufacturing customers deliver on their Industry 4.0 mandate. GNT will further strengthen a growing suite of software solutions that enable the digitization and improvement of manufacturing operations around the world.

Edin Ljubuncic will continue as Managing Director of GNT Systems.  Thomas Oppmannn, Founder and CEO, will retire from day-to-day operations of the company and move on to other pursuits. Magnus Sandberg and Carlos Midence will sit on the supervisory board and support GNT in regional and functional expansion as part of the broader Smart Manufacturing software group of companies.
