Juniper Group completes the acquisition of MicrOasis

Vigo, SPAIN, August 31^st, 2023 – Juniper Group, an operating portfolio of Vela Software (“Vela”) and Constellation Software, Inc. (“CSI“) (TSX:CSU) is pleased to announce the acquisition of MicrOasis, S.L. (“MicrOasis”), the largest vendor of automation, digital and hardware solutions for independent service stations in North West Spain.

The acquisition of MicrOasis has been completed as part of the expansion plan of Juniper Group’s portfolio company Avalon Group, market leader in the provision of end-to-end software and hardware solutions for the downstream Oil & Gas segment and convenience stores in Southern Europe and Latin America.
