Juniper Group completes the acquisition of Vervotech 

Pune, INDIA, August 18th, 2023 – Juniper Group, an operating portfolio of Vela Software (“Vela”) and Constellation Software, Inc. (“CSI“) (TSX:CSU) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vervotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Vervotech”), a fast-growing travel software company focused on providing accommodation data solutions, including Hotel Mapping, Room Mapping and Hotel Curated Content.

Vervotech will continue pursuing its vision of organizing, standardizing and enhancing the entire global accommodation data independently while benefiting from gaining full access to the whole travel software ecosystem built up by Juniper Group. This will enable Vervotech to integrate with more tech partners and customers alongside Juniper group companies.

The acquisition of Vervotech has been sponsored by Juniper Travel Technology, the leading Travel Industry software partner with operations in over 50 countries through more than 400 customers and supplier integrations, who will back Vervotech up on its daily operations as well as support them in continuing to achieve sustained high growth and further innovate.
