During the recent Hays Travel Annual Conference, held in Greece, Traveltek unveiled its new Quote Builder tools, designed to transform the way consultants build and share customer proposals. Traveltek also held an in-depth customer webinar on 19 November, which drew strong interest and valuable feedback.
The launch of these new tools follows an in-depth listening exercise: the Traveltek team visited 18 Hays Travel branches to better understand consultants’ operational challenges, including note-taking, follow-up tasks, and retrieving past bookings. These insights guided the creation of a more intuitive, streamlined quoting experience, supported by redesigned features and new AI-enhanced capabilities aimed at reducing administrative effort and enabling consultants to focus on delivering value to their customers.
Cressida Sergeant, Chief Commercial Officer at Traveltek, highlighted the impact of the initiative, noting that consultants were losing valuable selling time by duplicating tasks across multiple systems. The new Quote Builder tools simplify data collection, enable consultants to personalise quotes with their photo, and allow the inclusion of hotel or cruise imagery—all of which can be shared easily via link or WhatsApp.
