Juniper Group hosted the Organic Growth Offsite 2026 this week, held from April 19 to 21, bringing together more than 150 leaders from across the Juniper Group, Vela Software, and Constellation Software Inc. ecosystem in Palma de Mallorca.
Now in its fifth edition, the Offsite continues to provide a dedicated space to step away from day-to-day execution and focus on what drives sustainable growth: sharing practical approaches, challenging assumptions, and learning from one another.
AI and the future of go-to-market
This year’s agenda placed a strong emphasis on the role of artificial intelligence in shaping sales and marketing strategies. Across sessions and discussions, a clear message emerged: AI adoption is no longer optional for Go-to-Market teams.
From lead generation and qualification to content creation and pipeline management, companies are already integrating AI into their core processes. The keynote session by Tim Cortinovis set the tone, outlining how AI is redefining B2B sales and marketing strategies for vertical market software companies.
This perspective was further expanded through sessions by Lee Dickson (Raia), who explored the use of AI agents to support commercial teams, and Bogdan Chiorean (Yonder), who focused on applying AI to enhance performance across sales and marketing functions.
These insights were complemented by contributions from our Business Units, which shared real-world examples of how AI is already being implemented within their sales and marketing teams, bringing a strong execution-driven perspective to the conversation.
A model built on shared expertise
Beyond the technology itself, the Organic Growth Offsite stands out for its peer-driven approach. Through open discussions, real use cases, and honest exchanges, participants shared insights that can be directly applied across their businesses.
One idea consistently reinforced throughout the event is that learning from peers accelerates progress in a way that external advice alone cannot. This ability to exchange knowledge within a trusted network — while maintaining full autonomy at the company level — remains a defining strength of Juniper Group.
Turning insights into action
As the Offsite concludes, the focus shifts to execution. Organic growth continues to be a core discipline across Juniper Group, driven by continuous improvement, experimentation, and the consistent application of best practices.
Within the broader Constellation Software Inc. ecosystem, this approach continues to shape how our companies grow in a consistent and sustainable way.
