Palma de mallorca, Spain – May 5, 2025– Last week, Juniper Group successfully completed its Fourth Annual Organic Growth Offsite, held from April 28th to 29th at its headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
This two-day event brought together colleagues from various Juniper Group companies, Vela Software, and Volaris for an intensive experience of learning, networking, and strategic discussions focused on driving organic growth.
The event kicked off with a welcome dinner on the evening of April 27th, providing an excellent opportunity for attendees to connect and exchange ideas. The following day, Jaime Sastre, CEO of Juniper Group, officially welcomed everyone to the presentation sessions, setting the stage for a program filled with insightful talks from CSI leaders such as Jesper Ulsted, Ulrik Lehrskov-Schmidt, and Daniel Lee, among others.
The central theme for this year’s gathering was exploring effective strategies for scaling our businesses. Attendees gained valuable insights into various growth strategies, including strategic pricing, innovative AI marketing practices, and essential metrics for fostering organic growth.
We concluded the event with an engaging Competition Grand Finale, showcasing the innovative thinking and collaborative spirit within the Juniper Group community.
